Medal Design:
Five-armed white enamel cross with central medallion bearing national symbols of Haiti. Blue enamel circlet with inscription “LIBERTÉ – ÉGALITÉ – FRATERNITÉ” on the reverse. Medal suspended from original ribbed ribbon with red edge stripes.
