This striking breast star is made of a bronze-tone metal with radiating rays and a central medallion. The centerpiece features a relief portrait of Tudor Vladimirescu wearing a traditional military hat, with a vibrant red-orange enameled background. Around the bust, you can read the inscription “ORDINUL TUDOR VLADIMIRESCU.”
Condition:

Historical and Collectible Significance:
The Order of Tudor Vladimirescu was established in the People's Republic of Romania in 1966 and was typically awarded to both Romanian and foreign nationals for outstanding contributions to socialism and the state. It is named after the Wallachian revolutionary leader Tudor Vladimirescu (1780–1821), a symbol of resistance and reform.
