Obverse features crowned suspension with Spanish eagle and laurel wreath framing the inscription:

Reverse bears an extensive dedication inscription commemorating Spain’s participation in the Moroccan campaigns.

Reverse Inscription Translation

"Spain, always ready to undertake every enterprise of universal civilization, contributed to that of Morocco with the precious blood of her sons and with the gold of her treasury. The triumph of her arms and the culture of her methods are the foundations of this great work of humanity."

Historical Significance
