Public Health Service Medal: Obverse shows the Public Health Service emblem with anchor and caduceus, inscription “PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.
Civilian Humanitarian Service Medal: Obverse features a wreath with star and emblem. Reverse inscription:
“UNITED STATES ARMY CIVILIAN AWARD FOR HUMANITARIAN SERVICE”.
Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal: Obverse shows a five-pointed star with laurel wreath. Reverse inscription:
